CONSOLE SIMULATOR FOR EVALUATION OF THE AIR NAVIGATION SYSTEM.

 

ADANAIR has developed the Console Simulator for the Evaluation of the Air Navigation System, in which the necessary training can be given to carry out the activity of the Inspection of the Air Navigation System, following the indications described by ICAO and the EU.

 

 

  

Taking as reference the ICAO indications in its different documents, ADANAIR has developed a generic console simulator for the evaluation of the Air Navigation System (ANS), with the new AdanFIS software, which allows integration into a flight simulator or a traditional synthetic flight trainer, obtaining a real environment for the training and training of inspection and / or verification crews, being able to generate all kinds of fictitious situations.

 

With this type of solution it is possible to train future inspection crews and / or recycle existing ones with very low costs, being able to instruct the crews in 90% of the situations that may arise in the development of the profession. With it, the training times of new staff are reduced by 70%. In addition, many of these simulated situations rarely occur on a day-to-day basis, also keeping updated the ICAO procedures without degradation due to non-continued use.

 

To complement the simulator, ADANAIR, with the help of a group of experts, has defined a course for flight evaluators, valid for inspectors or to perform inspection functions that accredit a high level of training through an academic quality control and teachers specialists in each field, with extensive and demonstrable experience in the activities taught. This course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The latter is carried out in this new console simulator, presenting real profiles in virtual flights, as well as the possible anomalies that could arise in reality.

During simulator hours, students are trained, not only in standard profiles, if not in simulation of anomalous situations that may occur in real flight. In this sense, it is the first complete simulation environment, which allows to practice CRM crew vs operators, perform exercises in a console simulator for the evaluation of the Air Navigation System on radio aids, visual aids and associated procedures, both civil and military. In addition, it allows you to perform evaluation profile exercises of virtually any airport in the world and with the recreation of any scenario, with a large number of events that can happen in real flight. This allows simulated tests of real work areas, with the great advantages that this entails. Likewise, it allows meteorological combinations, incorporating other traffic, communications with controllers, land and crew during the exercise, a wide catalog of errors where you can reproduce those events that, otherwise, may never be experienced by the crew.

All these tools developed by ADANAIR, means that personnel with high experience in the sector, have been able to enjoy this simulated experience and qualify very positively the almost real recreation of the simulation environment, allowing to reproduce and study flights and data, in a safe environment.
